A plant-powered breakfast smoothie that’s simple, satisfying, and packed with nutrition.

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1 scoop Garden of Eden CBD Protein Powder (or your favorite vegan protein)
  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 handful kale (or spinach)
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tsp psyllium husk
  • ½ tsp electrolyte powder (optional)
  • Cold water (about 10–12 oz)
  • 2–3 ice cubes

Instructions:
