Focus is a handcrafted dark chocolate from Terava Ritual, built around three botanicals traditionally used for mental clarity and steadiness. It contains no cannabinoids — this is an herbal product, not a hemp product.

What's in it

Each piece carries a concentrated extract blend:

• Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus, fruiting body) — 200 mg of a 10:1 extract. A shaggy white mushroom that grows on hardwoods across North America, Europe, and Asia; it has drawn research interest for its effects on nerve health and cognition.
• Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera, root) — 200 mg of a 10:1 extract. A staple of Ayurvedic practice, traditionally used to help the body manage stress and sustain energy without stimulation.
